Kick, a great album by rock band INXS

The instrumentation is relatively minimal, unlike the band's more lavish Welcome to Wherever You Are and the robust Elegantly Wasted. "Need You Tonight" and "Never Tear Us Apart" are romantic, while some other tracks, like "Guns in the Sky" and "New Sensation", are more upbeat and fanciful. Fans of U2's The Joshua Tree will feel at home with this album, as it is not overly-produced, but rather has a restrained amount of elements. Lead singer Michael Hutchence reaches his vocal peak on Kick, with dynamic singing. The release is a rock-and-roll classic and will never fade away in its relevance.
